The food here is SO good! I am obsessed! Everything came out hot and fast. I also saw them making their noodles! Easy to get... too, and very affordable. I will definitely have leftovers. Would absolutely recommend the noodles with beef. My counterpart gotthe pan noodles combo. Both were so different and had amazing flavors. So very sad really. Started out with excellent wait service and the vegetable steamed dumpling. Then the #22 and #24 arrived.... Looked good on the plate. But hazardous, sour, fermented and spoiled shrimp was included. One bite for both of us. We returnedthe dishes and they made us new ones. Why would you put 3 pieces of ice cold broccoli on the side of this heated dish? And theshrimp dish on this second run had shredded chicken in it. Oh, I was hoping for better quality all around. Good ramen, fresh noodles with a good bite to them. Saw a chef literally making them to order (pictured). Pork was great.... Altogether, probably the best ramen I?ve had this side of Los Angeles. This spot also has great hours - hard to find good foodopen until 9 in Santa Fe. Read more
