MUST GO. Located inside beautiful hotel Saint Francis, Gruet is everything you want from a downtown Santa Fe wine bar. Our... friends raved about their sparkling wines, but personally I went for the 2019 Pinot Noir, which is phenomenal for the pricepoint. Our group was there to celebrate our friends? wedding, and they treated us by ordering multiple rounds of caviar. WOW!!!Talk about delicious. My wife and I are huge foodies and we could not stop talking about and devouring the caviar. It went soperfectly with the Pinot Noir. Cozy tasting room of the lobby of the St Francis hotel near the plaza. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Some food available... but I did not look at a menu. Gruet makes a very nice wine! We bought 2 bottles of sparkling wine to take home and one was notwhat we requested. When I called to see if we could exchange it somehow they just comped the bottle to save any more hassle.Appreciated their customer service. Read more

Having lived in Oregon for 11 years, I assumed nowhere else in the U.S. made better wine products. I was wrong! New Mexico has... some great sparkling wines. We are pleasantly surprised by Gruet. They have a great selection and we have not had a bottle wedid not enjoy. We like them so much we became members and order a case every year. They have a great tasting room and sampleflights of all their different sparkling wines. Highly recommend. Read more
