I dug the number 3 green chili sauce. Not doing it to be brave, or to have a story to tell, but once you get into it it becomes... a friend. Kind of like a friend who is a little bit abusive or painful. But it's a pain you grow to love. Very tasty. Very disappointed in the green chile... It was hot - which I appreciate as a native New Mexican, but there was something about... it that made me think there was more 'other' pepper, than green chile in it. There was no green chile flavor - just a heat thattook over your mouth and lips, like ghost pepper. I enjoy real green chile flavor and heat - there is no reason to alter it thisway in New Mexico!
