I had a fabulous experience with Palate catering my wedding this past fall! The communication was flawless, and there were so... many options for customization all while being very reasonably priced. We ended up going with the po boys and they weredelicious! All of my wedding guests were very impressed, I would highly recommend them for weddings or event catering. I waslocated at Blame Her Ranch, and they were able to accommodate us even though we were about an hour outside of Santa Fe, whichwas extremely difficult to find. I wish I could rate this place higher. I ordered through door dash ?? beef tacos and a elote type Corn on the cob. My ordered... was changed to a grilled cheese per the store recommendations I guess they were out of corn? But It was more expensive than myoriginal order and not something I would have choose. Not pleased with the recommendation at all. Disgusting. Soggy bread, somesort of sweet spread inside the grilled cheese that wasn?t a pleasant flavor. The tacos were just ok. The shell is a soft minitortilla which IMO should be warm not cold. More slaw than meat. I had high hopes for this place but I am sorely disappointed. Read more

Palate catered our wedding and they were phenomenal!!! They rolled with every crazy idea I pitched. We had food truck tacos... during the cocktail hour, buffet dinner, and late night snacks!! My guests were raving about the food for days! Angelica and herhusband handled weather hiccups beautifully and helped me survive the day. I really cannot recommend them enough.
