Delicious food, lovely ambience, but barely passable service. We enjoyed everything we ate, especially the Maple Leaf Farms... Duck Breast. The assorted homemade breads were fine, but nothing special at all, so for $3 each felt a bit cheap. Given howmuch our meal was, I'd expect bread to be included. And the butter was basically frozen. Cocktails were also fine. I wasexcited that all the ingredients were local, including the alcohols, but my drink was a bit unbalanced. The service was theweakest point. They didn't serve us water until after asking three times. They also insisted we order everything at once, eventhough we were still undecided on entrees but hungry and wanted to get the appetizers going. They made it seem like they'dorchestra some special order to the food, but all the apps came out together, and then all the mains, so not clear why theyneeded the full order to start the appetizers. Quite simply the finest restaurant in New Mexico. Jennifer and Martin are wonderful in their roles as host and chef. Chef Martin... is a marvel with sauces, menu selections and preparation.
