Menu for Trinity Kitchen in Santa Fe, NM

I grew up in Ville Platte, Louisiana and - with the exception of my wife's cooking - the Cajun food at Trinity Kitchen is the... best I have eaten since leaving home. Eliot does it right. It is the ONLY place in New Mexico I recommend to folks for a real,true Cajun experience. If you're reading these reviews, do yourself and your tastbuds a favor and stop by Trinity Kitchen. Thechicken & andouille gumbo is awesome. Sorry Forrist, you don't have a clue about good Cajun food. Stick to greenchili. 7/11/2018 An Update Since the above review I have been back to Trinity Kitchen several times only to find that theyhave changed their recipes to appease the gluten-free crowd. The results have been very disappointing. While I have nothingagainst those who wish to be gluten-free or those who MUST be gluten-free like some in my own family, there are some things youjust don't mess with. Cajun food is Cajun food. It is very unique with a very unique flavor. Sorry, Eliot. Your Gumbo andEtouffee are just not Cajun anymore - the thick, rich flavors are gone. Tried the gumbo and pulled pork Po boy. Tasted amazing

I will premise this by saying the food is decent, though overly greasy at times. What I do not like is they are not part of the... community they are here to make money off the tourist. I work nearby and frequent the food trucks outside meow wolf. TrinityKitchen is the only one that is frequently out of "standard" menu items during the week because they only prepare for weekendvistors. Read more

Loved the oyster po'boy. Fresh, juicy oysters, good bread, excellent sauce with greens, and delicious curly fries.

Try the chicken and waffles. This is my favorite place to eat while visiting Meow Wolf.
