I ordered a birthday cake with lilac flowers. I showed them a picture of what we wanted and the cashier/baker wrote in detail... what was wanted for decorations. I have a copy of that detail in the receipt. When I picked up the cake, no flowers, just whiteicing and purple border. The baker said I didn?t pay the extra price for flowers and did a plain, Safeway type birthday cake. Iwas so disappointed. It was a mistake on their end when they charged me $72 for a small round cake with no decorations. They didnot want to make it right by maybe offering to put some decorations on it. I don't ever leave reviews but this one annoyed me. Called to order gluten free strawberry tarts and was told they don't make... them and the worker suggested a strawberry pie for $45.00 dollars. Told me they taste the same. I don't know anything aboutbaking so I agreed. Four days later and two days before I'm supposed to be picking up the pie and my brother's birthday, I got acall from the bakery that it is now $90.00. Which I would have declined that if that's what I was told in the first place andmoved on to the next bakery. Shouldn't suggest an alternative item to someone, sell them on it for an agreed price, wait fourdays then call them and double the price. Read more
I think this place is overrated and I?ve had better vegan sweets. The Brooklyn bites were too sweet for me, the maple donut was... just ok, and the veggie bomb and the cheddar biscuits were on the dry side. Read more

The brownie cupcake was out of stock... replaced by a vanilla one with zero attempt to contact me to see if I just want a refund instead. It was dry and disgusting.
