FIA Steak wow! What an experience. From the delicious cocktails, the artwork in the walls, to the best part the customer... service. Dustin and Deana were magnificent. The Tomahawk was presented before it was cooked. Very unique experience overallhighly recommend for date night or a night out with friends. Read more
Very expensive for a restaurant in this area of town, but the service super friendly (woman at the front desk as well as my... waiter). The steak was excellent, better than places like CUT or BOA. Boy where do I begin. If I could give Fia steak a 10 out of five I would definitely do that. from the minute I called to make a... reservation to when I entered the restaurant each and every individual was absolutely on top of their game. They have set acompletely new standard for what we should all expect from restaurants pre-and post Covid. My food and presentations wereabsolutely impeccable. Each and every individual that checked on me or waited on me you could tell truly cared about providingtop notch service. Dustin happened to be the bartender that night he was incredibly attentive and phenomenal at his job and verypersonable. And Rick, I believe he is the Director of the restaurant could not have been more kind and gracious and consistentlychecked in as well to make sure my experience was nothing less than 110%. If you do not like this place there is something wrongwith you not this place. Just...wow! We sat at a chef's table and loved the show. So many amazing dishes, but one of the only places I have found squab... (yes, pigeon) and it's done perfectly! Steak, lobster, crab, lamb...osetra "bumps"... you just can't go wrong! I'm be backsoon! Read more
