This is a friendly place. The food is good, the prices are right-- and the happy hour prices simply cannot be beat. It's an easy... place to feel comfortable, without a bar vibe. It's explicitly a restaurant. I show up at least weekly. Read more

I stopped in for the happy hour: 3 oysters for a dollar each, and 2 bbq ribs for $6. Its not a fancy place, interior is... limited...but the rib was surprisingly above my expectations. Slightly crisp on the outside and meat was tender, flavorful andjuicy. And oysters...fresh. So they are sourcing quality oysters and the ribs were great. Will come back! Read more

I come here all the time. It has a very nice local vibe. The food is a cosmopolitan Korean food. I enjoy their $5.00 platter... from 3-6p.m. it is pisted on a flyer at the till, ask about it. I always get the poke and chips, but the scallops are great aswell. The service is very Asian, so don't expect to be romanced. The food is very robust, flavor is amazing, the share withanother restaurant, yes it is a very small place but worth the money. Speaking of money, it is very expensive, the photographbelow which shocase their food is $25.00 all together for a person. So it is hard to frequent the place. Definately SantaMonica's hidden gem. Really, really good food. Generous portions, great flavor, good prices. The prices are especially good if you take advantage of... one of their many specials (Usually on weekdays). Another place I am glad I discovered and happy that I get to patronize on aregular basis. Read more

I've gone there to pi k up a quick lunch to go and ate inside once when a friend was there already eating. I like taco Tuesday.... I get a taco & a side of macaroni salad. I find both tasty. I can't tell you if this "Authentic Korean Food". I like it. The hotsauce that comes on the side is spicy, so I just use a little bit of it. Unlike American macaroni salad that is sweet &/ or hasegg in it, this has neither.. It has a mild flavor, so if one likes hot &/or spicy good, it's not for you. The place usuallydraws a big lunch crowd. It seats very few people downstairs. I haven't been upstairs. If one expects their taco (s) to tastelike the other places that serve tacos they will be disappointed . I happened in there one rainy evening during happy hour. Theshort ribs and corn I ate were both delicious! The service was great like at lunch. I thought the portions were reasonable forthe price.. Read more
