I rarely give one stars but this is merely regarding customer service as of today 11/30/2022. I order catering every year from... them and I tried ordering catering on Saturday. The lady who answered for whatever reason had difficulties understanding myorder then abruptly put me on hold. I called back and asked for the manager. The manager was not in. I had to call back the nextday and ask for the manager. A guy came on the telephone and took my order and said he would call me back. Its Tuesday and nocallbacks. So, I called again and a lady answered and said my order was not in the system and they did not have a number on fileeven though I spent 20 minutes talking to the guy giving him all of my information and she asked to tell her my entire customorder again. And, by the way, she told me he was not the manager. So I told her that it really has been a bad experience and Iwas really frustrated and I will probably just go somewhere else. Excellent customer service, they are always friendly and welcoming! The restaurant is always clean and the energy there is very... warm and homelike. The food is deliciously good and taste like a home cooked meal, filling yet light on the body and stomach.They have kefir yogurt there that is to die for and their desserts are fresh out of their oven. Must give 5 stars for the great service and food, I was looking for halal meat in Santa Monica and found this place, it was very... close to my hotel, the guy was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It didn’t take longer time to prepare our combo kebab platewhich has good portions with pretty fair prices. Tha place is very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed Moroccan tea.
