First time here. Went for mother's 84th birthday. The 4 of us all got something different for dinners and desserts so we could... taste each other's food. Not joking, all the food was fabulous. I had the duck, my wife had pork chop, brother had pan friedsteak and my mother had muscles and fries. It was very busy, yet we still got wonderful service. We've never been disappointed with the food. We've enjoyed their restaurant many times. Usually prefer patio dining. But also... love the ambience inside by the fire on chilly evenings. Once we were shined on by waitress and hostess who were in deepconversation, even when they glanced up at us. So we walked to next restaurant a couple doors down and ate on their patio. OMG. Monti's was the best. I had prime rib. My dinner dates had mussels and the other date had penne in a red sauce. The Food... was 5 stars. The service was very good. The price was a reasonable. The interior decor was excellent. Very nice menu. Veryclean. Read more
Ohhh wow. This place was amazing. Family has. Always spoke highly but until now we’ve never made it. Started of with a martini... and 1/2 dozen oysters. Shared some of their rosemary Gorgonzola fires. Dinner was the duck. Outstanding. Dessert was the butterpecan chocante pitelos. Not sure if that’s how to spell that but always top notch. Nice setting with indoor and outdoor dining options. Large place but still feels intimate and classy. Decor is elegant while... having a rustic feel with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is excellent and with diverse choices. We enjoyed especially the crabdeviled eggs and calamari. Service was excellent and staff is very attentive. The price point does add up quickly but it is welldone meal. I wish they gave us time to finish courses before bringing next course. It felt rushed though they were not full.
