I'm just gonna say it how it is and avoid any sort of theatrics. Waited 50 minutes long after my scheduled order pickup time... which was already 30 mins. That's 1hr15 minutes total for two pizzas. Pizza was cold despite being burned on the bottom. Theyput baffalo sauce all over the WRONG pizza. Like, a lot too. Also I?m lactose intolerant so if my pizza didn?t have vegan cheeseI?m about to get very sick. The employees did many pizzas ahead of mine (which was explained to me and is not speculation). Andoverall it just killed the whole vibe of what I was going for with a pizza night. Everyone had to wait for me. Overall I get it.These are tough times. I'll update this review if I ever decide to go back again. 2 stars because you're usually good and I havehope that next time my transaction will be more frictionless. Good enough for the price. Staff was helpful quick and friendly. Good stop if you want a custom pizza in a hurry!
Do not waste your money here. It literally tastes like a frozen pizza. The pizza, ranch and a drink cost me $20 and I barely ate... it because it just wasn?t good. Half of it was totally under cooked. It was soggy and not crispy at all. The pepperoni was notgood quality. Also the customer service wasn?t horrible but not great. I felt like an inconvenience.
