Upon trying to look at the cup display of everything that actually was for sale I was informed that that's not allowed--you have... to have someone assist you. Not sure what's up with this (I collect cups and frequent a lot of stores all over NorCal), this isthe first time I've ever run into this policy at a store. No explanation as to why, just "not allowed". Odd, but okay? Alsonoticed some cups that were labeled "not for sale", almost as if it were someone's personal cup collection or something (ormaybe they're actually being resold, no clue). These included Been There series cups from Hawaii & other states (amongst othercollectable cups that are not actually sold locally like the Pineapple studded venti tumbler, also from Hawaii). Maybe that'swhy customers aren't allowed to touch the cup wall? Either way, off-putting & def won't be back. Half the time if I'm notpaying close attention the cup comes home with a bent straw or a chip in it & I get annoyed w/myself for missing it--so whywould I have someone else get the cup for me if I already know I'm going to be particular about its condition?
