Ordered the Pilgrim Special which is supposed to have cranberries, stuffing, turkey, and gravy. The burger i recieved did not... have gravy or cranberries which is the entire reason I ordered it. Burger is good quality, but did not receive what I orderedwhich is a special burger on their menu without any personal changes made. Eating stuffing on a burger bun without sauce leavesfor an extremely dry burger. Update: Tried calling twice after I got home with my incorrect order. No one answers thephone. Ordered a meal at 8:15PM via DoorDash. Our driver waited for 45 minutes before leaving. The order kept getting delayed. We tried... calling the Stony Point location and kept getting a ?busy? signal a dozen times. It is no 9:17 and our NEW dasher is currentlywaiting for the order which is somehow STILL not ready. This is absolutely unacceptable. Seems like the workers there kept thephone off the hook because they didn?t feel like answering the phones. This level of service is unacceptable. UPDATE: our newdasher went inside to ask why our order was taking so long. This place is such a disappointment. I used to love this place years ago , I came here today and the fries were not fresh at all... they just re cooked the fries that?s been sitting out and the chicken in my sandwich wa snot cooked all the way .
