Have eaten here numerous times over the past 20 yrs with mixed results. The food is generally good, but the service can be a bit... underwhelming at times. Ordered their usual special, Sante Fe Enchiladas with beans and posole. The blue corn chickenenchiladas were tasty as usual: And I do actually like their pinto beans, as apposed to the generic refried beans served mostplaces. However, I would?ve preferred some Mexican rice in place of the posole; but they no longer serve rice. Chips n salsawere ok, but nothing special. Overall the food this visit was actually really good. Service this visit was actually much betterthan the norm: Order was taken quickly, and everything brought out piping hot, and in a timely manor. So no complaints at allthis go around. Overall: Though this place can drive me nuts at times, with its inconsistency, it?s still a good place to grabsome authentic New Mexican type food. This place is not only beauty but very delicious. I ordered the green Chile blue corn enchiladas and it was amazing! I normally... shy away from beans but I decided maybe they where better then what I knew back home. DAMN was I right! Everything was seasonedjust right to give it a wonderful palate taste. My friend ordered the green Chile stew and we ended up sharing. It was alsosuper amazing and both dishes had very good portions. Our server was delightful and attentive but not pushy.
