We came in for my husband's birthday dinner in July. We ordered drinks, then my husband got a bucket of ice water poured on his... feet. The server while clearing another table accidentally dropped the ice bucket. She laughed and ran off to get a broom tosweep up the ice...no apologies or napkins for my husband. He had to go find the hostess to assist him. We attempted to enjoyour dinner, but we couldn't get there. Our server also didn't offer any napkins, although he offered an apology. Finally, themanager came out and consoled us with charcuterie, cheese and dessert. He's offered for our next experience to be his treat...Ihope it is, the food looks great. Booked last reservation for 9:45. Arrived to no one to greet or seat. Finally the hostess arrives and tells us kitchen is... closing and doesn?t know of a reservation. We explain we would?ve taken the 9:30 had we known it would?ve been an issue. Badstart to my first stay at the casino wanting a fine dinner with my lady before we enjoy a night of gambling. Just have to say how my fiance and I love this place so much. We have came here twice and the first time I came here I didnt... expect much but honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. Both the steaks and sides were great and cooked perfectly. I gotthe new york strip and my fiance got the filet medalians with scallops and those scallops tasted like butter ???? This was such a great experience! The Willows is a wonderful upscale restaurant with Amazing Steaks, Vegan, Gluten-free and Keto... options. They have a Variety of Wines and Beers and Specialty Cocktails. Vegans Try the pepper encrusted Impossible GroundSteak, Non- Vegans, Try the Filet Mignon . We will be back soon! Read more

Have dined at The Willows several times over the last fewyears; have always had a great meal there, and the wait staff is... great! However, the last time we had dinner there over Labor Day weekend, we were informed that they were having a pre-fixThanksgiving menu to include either turkey or Prime rib. We checked periodically until we were able to make a dinner reservationand traveled over Thanksgiving weekend expecting prime rib for our Thanksgiving dinner, but were disappointed with a short ribdinner. In hindsight, we should have ordered from the regular menu (our bill for 3 came to over $250). Thanksgiving dinnerdidn't dampen our enthusiasm for dining here in the future. Read more
