Well In-N-Out lives up to the hype for this out of state guy. Quality ingredients, great service & clean crisp surroundings make... the experience stand out from all the rest! Went with a double double animal style, fries well done, & neopolitan shake & itcrushed!! Read more
First time at In-N-Out. There are none in my area. The prices are reasonable compare to other burger joints in my area. The... burger is delicious and very flavorful. Next time I?m ordering the Double-Double animal style but without lettuce, tomatoes, andonions. The fries were mediocre. McDonald fries taste better and are crispier in my opinion. The host David circulated the dining room making sure everyone was happy and had what they wanted. He kept the place looking... good. He greeted everyone as they entered and Departed. If I lived here I would be a frequent customer. Read more
I really like In-N-Out, and would love to give 5 stars, but my recent visit had a glaring health issue. At a table inside the... restaurant, there were 2 patrons with a small dog. The dog had no vest and was not trained to be any service animal. Thecustomers were putting the dog on the table and sharing their meal with it. I was pretty disgusted to think that a similar thingmight have gone on at my table before I sat down. My table was clean-ish but had not been wiped after the last people left. Inoticed other nearby customers looking disapprovingly at this as well. The reason I took a star off the restaurant's rating isthat I saw a dining room attendant walk by and not say anything about this. In my view, an employee should have enforced thehealth department codes and told them to, at the very least, put the dog on the ground, or more appropriately, dine outside. Thereal issue here is entitled people who think they can take their dog anywhere as if it were a child, but In-N-Out is ultimatelyresponsible for maintaining health standards in their restaurant. In-N-Out burger is a place we frequently stop when wanting a quick hamburger. There are many places, as far as fast food goes... that are good. Just my opinion that this is the best chain locally. The employees seem to be a cut above the normal fast foodworker and take pride in their place of employment. This particular one is no different. There was one worker in particular thatseemed even a cut above the rest of them here. His name was David. He seemed very caring about the costumers needs and tookgreat pride in cleaning up the dining area. He took the extra step and is a great representative of the company! Our food wasprepared quickly, it was as expected very good! The establishment is in a busy strip mall so plenty of parking is available. Theinterior, and exterior are both well maintained and very clean. I hate to say just another In-N-Out Burger as that sets the barhigh! We have never had a bad experience in this chain and highly recommend it! Read more
