4 PC Chicken When I got home the chicken was old and nasty the meat was dry, and the breading was lumpy like it was triple... dipped. I use to work for KFC so I know when the chicken is pass it time it should of been tossed. What we did to keep the foodcost down we would only cook a what we would need for that hour and before the timer runs out a new batch is pulled up and oldbatch is out.
