The food and the store was excellent. Our waitress was really pleasant although she was spread thin with tables. We waited 1... hour to sit, given it was a Sunday morning is acceptable. But we did not see our for until 70 minutes until after our order.One thing we did not see is a manager or proxy apologizing or offering bread refills or a discount/ or gift card given the time.Any of that would have been acceptable. Katelyn did a fine job with being our waitress. The meatloaf meal is always a hit for me. And my son loved his mini... cheeseburgers and steak fries. The gift store was beautiful. All the trees were setup very nice. It definitely puts you in theholiday spirit. Read more

This was our first time at Cracker Barrel. We got a nice parking spot in the shade, very helpful this period. They told us to... wait 20 minutes for a table and honestly we were thinking to leave since we were in a very long trip and time matters, but whilewe were taking a look at the store they told us there was room for us, so we enjoyed our breakfast: - two eggs, sausage pattiesand hash brown, with biscuits and gravy - pecan pancakes Everything was delicious. The Santee location usually has a 10-15 minute wait depending on what time of the day you visit. We have never had anything but... good service & a friendly team. Hasbrown Casserole was temporarily discontinued across the region but you could order thehasbrown tots instead which definitely was a good substitute! Our favorites are the broccoli chicken and chicken dumplings. Ifyour in the mood for breakfast then grandma's sampler or egg in the basket, are always great choices.
