ordered spicy tenders, was told i had to wait. employee didnt want to cook the meal. very very rude. wanted creamy jalepeno and honey mustard for 2 meals and only got 1 meals worth. got my food had only 3 jalapeno poppers, my chicken was cold and not spicy. normally like their food but their employees dont want to be employeed. must of hired their crew from the bueno in town
We were the only one's in the restaurant, couldn't get waited on. Finally had to holler to get someone to the counter. All tables were filthy, asked for a rag and someone came out and cleaned one table. She didn't touch the others, just cleaned one. We were there about 45 minutes, two more customers came, and still no one cleaned any tables. I'm guessing that is why they had so few customers for a lunch hour. Horrible service, dirty establishment. I love Churches but never here again.
peach perfect lemonade tasted fresh squeezed, chicken hot and fresh, okra not soggy, and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.
The Spicy chicken...is NOT spicy at all. No green beans. Mashed potatoes had an odd taste and I didn't care for them...the biscuit was the only thing that was good. I paid for jalapeños just to try and make my food spicy and mashed potatoes tolerable. This place is wack. I won't give them another try. I didn't get napkins nor my receipt.
So off and on for a few months I'd stop on my way to work. Chicken strips and okra. Some times the food would be warm some times it would be cold. Sometimes they would give spicey, when I asked for regular chicken. It's all been ok until today. I asked for regular, not spicey. Not only was my okra and chicken cold but the okra was super soft. The chicken had so much pepper in it I couldn't eat it!!!! I spent 12 dollars on something I could not eat!!!!! I got it and took it to work with me so I couldn't take it back. Never again!! I see why your parking lot is always emplty!!
I loved the buscuits. The lady behind the counter was straight to the point blunt but came off a bit rude. The spicy chicken sandwhich is literally a chicken sandwhich with like some kind of hot sauce added to it and my husband absolutly hated it though. The tables were dirty and food was all over the floor. I loved the chicken tenders though! So a few mixed feelings on it.
I don't know about anyone else but a week ago was definitely my last time going to this location. The food hasn't been good in a long time. Plus I totally lost my appetite when I opened my bag and realized that my sides was not ONLY cold, but was also served to me in "PLASTIC CUPS".......I ordered the spicy rice and mashed potatoes but just imagine for a minute how mashed potatoes with gravy look in a plastic cup. I understand if they ran out of bowls for them but I would have been ok with fries instead.
Its 1:45pm. As you can see from the puctures, the place is empty but trashed. Biscuits were hard and the chicken was good. People friendly. Just not very clean. 2 pc meal cost me $11.
