The food is horrible and the service isn't much better. If you don't look u will get home with the wrong stuff. Some employees... act like your bothering them. ???? we also asked is your ice cream machine broken and we were told no. Well we said we wantedto get a milkshake and we were told they just aren't serving it today. I'm guessing they had cleaned it too early cause it was afew hours b4 closing and did not want to do it again. ???? This is now my McDonald's of choice! I normally I visit the one in Satsuma however they locked the dine in doors (6:30pm) and... you are forced to use the drive thru (its not faster) anyway I drove over to Saraland and let me tell you the staff there wasvery friendly and fast! The young lady who took my order (Armoni) had not seen me walk in, I had only been at the counter acouple of seconds when she turned and apologized for keeping me waiting, she was very friendly, very courteous and veryknowledgeable re the McDonalds phone app that I had never used..., you just don't find that kind of customer service anymoreespecially in a fast food restaurant. I came around 9:00 pm by drive thru and the person who gave me the food Latina mean with no manners seems like she was in the... bad mood .. her face was mad or unhappy the reason idk but you should talk to you employees about customers service.. and besure the came to work by they own desicion that means nobody force them to be there for that reason they have to be nice withcustomers cause customers are the one who drove and take they time and putting miles on our own cars and for some reason wechoose to go there and we expect a good experience plus we are the one who make the business and they got paid ? horribleexperience.. ???? First off in foremost if you don?t like to talk to people, then fast food and other customer service jobs are not for you the... lady that took my order this morning with the big old eyelash?s in the bright blue lipstick that look like a complete clown wasrude as ever she didn?t even let me finish taking my order and kept costly cutting me off. If you?re having a bad day at work,please don?t take it out on the customers because you can run into the wrong one. Now when I picked up my food from the secondwindow, the lady was so rude.
