Very satisfied with the service. The waiter MJ was very friendly and always smiling. She kept checking on us to make sure... everything was good. I was also not happy with a side I had order and she was very nice and gave me another side. Came in with a few friends i ordered boneless wings & brew pub wings. Only got wings.. which was fine but it tasted like soggy... bread with bbq sauce. Terrible experience. Been too a few Applebee?s around the country and this one by far was the worst, won?t return here again. Read more
I ordered the shrimp and Parmesan sirloin. It was supposed to be ready at 644 I waited in curbiside pickup for 20 minutes. I... didn?t get my fries, instead I got broccoli. The cheese wasn?t even melted and I got 5 tiny shrimp. This was a 30 dollar meal. Icall the restaurant and the manager blames the hurricane. I suggest a logical solution of shutting down if the restaurant theycan?t fulfill orders at full price and he laughs and hangs up after saying they will send me a gift card. Read more
Today I went to applebees for lunch. I commented to my young server that it was busy today. He said it was because of the poor... servers today. I asked what that meant. He said one was too old to be a server, because servers have a competency age limit. The other server looked to be 40. What an ageist thing to say to me, a senior citizen, in a senior based city. Google and their website says they?re open until 1am but apparently tonight they weren?t in the mood to serve patrons until the... time listed as open, so we are ignored for a good 5 minutes until the ?bartender? appeared from the back yo inform us that wewere 3 minutes past the ?cut off? time for food even though we were there over 20 minutes before ?closing?.
