Burgers are no where as good as they use to be. Doesn't even look flame broiled, so thin & flavor is not the best

If I can give a 0 star I would. This is probably a customers worst nightmare that can happen to anyone in a restaurant setting.... When you travel for work sometimes these are the only options you have. I was so hungry by this time of day when I went to BKand when I ordered my food there was a BIG piece of PLASTIC in my burger!!!!! How can you have missed this, adding eachingredient to make a burger and to completely miss this?! This doesn't just happen on accident. I have never been so disgustedand upset.
