One of the worst Dunkins in the area! They always mess up my order somehow and very rude when I try to get the correct items.
For years, my family and I have gone to this Dunkin and almost always had a terrible experience. Usually if we go in the... afternoon, the employees are kind and do the orders right (Pinky is a great employee). But every time I go in the morning, theyare extremely rude and always get my order wrong. They even made a super mean comment about how many drinks we ordered. Theyforgot whipped cream on one of our drinks, and put chocolate frosting on our chocolate glazed. There is wayyy too much milk andsugar in the coffees here 99/100 times and I finally worked up courage to say something about it. Until I get word that theyhave changed the way they treat customers and learn to do orders right, I will not be coming back here. Read more
I just had the worst experience at my favorite Dunkin, a new employee was extremely rude to me when I requested a box for my... daughter?s fried egg. She stated it comes in a bag and she will not give me a box. I offered to pay for the box and explained mydaughter is 3 and the hot egg burns her through the box, she said I don?t care about your reasons, slammed the window and walkedaway?I waited for awhile and then left. I called the store and requested to speak to the manager, the same girl answered thephone and insulted my intelligence by telling me she is Ryan the manager and that decision was made because things have changedand I will not get a box, I requested contact information for the regional representative, and she said you are not getting thathere and slammed the phone down. One employee can turns track record of positive experiences in the blink of an eye?.lastweekend I enjoyed breakfast here and commended the gentleman who made me perfect refreshers. I know there is a staffing shortagebut hiring inhumane individuals is counterproductive. I would have preferred the service of a robot. ****Update, I havechanged my one star review. I called on Saturday and spoke to the regional manager ?David?, who turned out to be the gentlemanwho made the refreshers last weekend. He was so regretful of the experience and sincerely expressed a desire to create apositive experience and to make the situation right. I visit DD a lot. It's a good but can be bad habit if you're counting calories. I like the DD Coffee plus the price is much less... compared to Starbucks. Donuts are plentiful, large variety, sweet, and full of calories. Sometimes it's fun to break the dietrules. Fantastic! Enjoy! ???? I visited again. Never disappointed with a trip to DD for my standard coffee and donut order.It's part of my morning routine at least twice a week. A habit I will never break.
