I love the sandwiches so much, but the wait times are pretty bad, especially for online orders. Even if the estimated ready... times online were adjusted to give this location more time to prepare orders, it would be better and help manage customerexpectations. I usually give these guys an extra 10-15 min from the given pickup time because it?s just never ready on time,even when the place is empty. Today my girlfriend stood in the restaurant for 40 min waiting for our two subs and when it wasready they called the name ?Catherine,? so she didn?t realize it was ours for a few more minutes. The drive thru at Firehouse takes longer than most, but, it's because they typically take more time to prepare a better meal... than most.
