While vacationing in Sarasota in the St Arnands district, we were fortunate to locate a Kilwin's! They seem to always be located... in touristy areas where parking is hard to find. That's not their fault that they are so popular! Just letting you know. We arediehard fans of Kilwin's so it's worth the hassle. My favorite of theirs is their fudge! Unbelievably delicious. Smooth. Silky.Melts in your mouth. Many different flavors. Smells like real chocolate. If you buy two slices, the third slice iscomplimentary. This shop is beautifully decorated and clean. They have a variety of sweet delicious desserts. Their ice creamis also out of this world. Little kids love this place. They also give out free samples. Parking is on the street and hard tofind. Great place to stop in for excellent fudge or to die for ice cream. It's on the expensive side but you so get what you pay for.... The smell before you even walk in the door is enough for you to gain 10lbs???? but so worth just walking through. Read more

I took my friend there for his birthday yesterday to get ice cream. While the ice cream is always delicious, the portion vs.... price is terrible. When you order two scoops, you would expect to get two full scoops. Not the case. My dish of two scoopswas level across the top and barely had any of the second flavor. My friends waffle cone was the same. For over $19, I'dexpect to get two full scoops. Very disappointed in Kilwins. Read more
