In one MAIN staple of the cuisine, the Cuban sandwich, it is a fail, especially because they charge for EXTRA meat. (Seems like... others got defrauded, too.) Here is what I got: ? a SLIVER of pork ? a single but folded slice of ham ? missing Swiss ? atissue-thin sliver of pickles ?all leaving a lot of bread with no fixings. The prep. of the Cuban has long been inconsistent andis not at all worth $11.45+ for the ?extras.? I mean, a Cuban spot with a meager Cuban sandwich is disappointing. At the veryleast, charge 50% less because that?s what it?s worth at best. One area of kudos is: they do have a couple of great servers.Overall, it pretty good place for authentic Cuban food because they DO serve a number of delish main dishes, including breakfast?even though it IS on the pricey side for what they offer.
