This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but they have fallen so far. They?ve taken all my favorite items off the menu... and I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes to pick up an online order placed 15 minutes before I got here. Meanwhile, Iwatch customers come, order, eat and leave while still waiting, and this is what I got. Such a shame Read more

The server was great, but the food was mediocre at best. The rice in our burritos was undercooked/crunchy, and the burritos were... mostly filled with lettuce and hardly any meat. The salsa selection was weak, with only one hot option. At least the chips weregood. Definitely would not return, especially with another burrito place so close. Read more

I?ve been coming to this location for many years. Portions were nice and recently things have changed. I ordered for a pick up... requesting extra cheese which they charge me $.70. Upon my arrival immediately checked my tacos for the extra cheese and therewas barely any cheese on the taco. The girl said that?s what it looks like and argued with me. I don?t mind paying extra forcheese but don?t tell me that what I am saying is extra cheese and then begin to tell me that it?s all underneath the chicken. Ilooked under it and there was hardly any cheese . There used to be a time that Tijuana Flats would make every customer satisfiedI am not satisfied and I do not like being a Karen/Ken but sometimes its just needed. Read more

I?ve been to Tijuana flats many times. Primarily the Clark road location. This time I went to the location on 41 and I can... honestly say it is not at all worth your time or money. The food is considerably smaller than the same item at other locationsand is incredibly bland. Even the chips are not seasoned. For 22 dollars for a burrito and some beans and rice I should beflooded with flavor not tempted to dump my tray in the trash. I will mention the staff is incredibly friendly and has a greatattitude, very pleasant to be around. The staff is the only reason I gave them Two stars instead of one. Read more

Last few times I've been there I've waited a VERY long time to get food. It didn't matter if I ordered online or in person.... There's hardly anyone in the dining room, mind you, but I don't know if they have a ton of online orders but I doubt it. Theygot rid of the power light options and the portions are smaller but the cost definitely went up. Inflation seems like a bigexcuse for these companies and this one seems to be in decline. Looking for a new option going forward. Edit: on top of that youget rid of the wheat option for tortillas. Done. Read more
