The worst McDonald's drive thru ever. This is our local McDonald's so we visit at least once every couple of weeks. 9 out 10... times we get terrible service. We always try our best to be polite and patient but no matter how much we try we're alwayswelcomed with rude service with the exception of one employee. Missing food, no straws, no napkins, 1 BBQ sauce pack per 10nuggets, never any happy meal toys, over cooked nuggets, over cooked fries, and best of all, one time I ordered a big breakfastwith a side of cheese and found a slice of cheese on my pancakes. Did I mention that they never have any happy meal toys? Somany times I've needed to walk into to restaurant after leaving the drive thru to get something that's missing. Help. Read more

I asked for a fresh batch of 13 cookies at the drive thru, they try handing me an old batch that's probably been sitting there... for a couple hours. So I asked them for a fresh batch politely and when I was told to park and it'd be 4 minutes, I said, "Yeahno problem" but when I sent them back, I heard one of the ladies say something irritatedly. I went to park and not 10 secondslater, the lady comes outside, with another waiting and watching at the door, then she hands me the cookies, but I could tell,by the way she sped off after handing them, that they were the same cookies, just warmed up in the microwave. I check out thecookies, the outer layer is hard and crispy, the centers are SLIGHTLY warm. The lady obviously took me for a fool and it's veryhard not to be irritated by it, especially after I was being polite as I know it takes time to make the cookies. I will becoming back to do the same thing, and if she tries to take me for a fool again. I will be going inside to confront them aboutit. Read more
