I recommend that you do not go here. Owner has a sign that he is raised in Manhattan but the pizza guy can barley make pizza. On... a slow night we waited 45 minutes for a Margarita pizza that when it came and I asked the waitress what it was she said ourmargarita is a white pizza with sliced Tomatoes no basil no sauce. The wings say award winning they are small dry and have noflavor. The chicken and vegetables soup had no flavor veggies are not cooked and dark meat chicken. Then the waitress took ourdrink order and came back and said the sorry the beer was warm and they don’t have any. The Pretzels were burnt. All around aterrible experience. And FYI I have made pizza for 34 years in Manhattan so this place would not last a month in Manhattan.Owner probably should be in the store more. Pizza was good. Nowhere near worth the price to have delivered (size:price). Also have to use a 3rd party (which probably ups... the cost). Might not be bad to stop in for a bite, but we had been on the road and didn’t want to head back out. Read more
Disappointed is an understatement. There were only 8 people here tonight and it took 15 minutes to get our drinks because the... bartender was to busy talking to a customer. The service continued to be slow all evening. We both ordered a very simple burgerand both of our orders came out wrong. We were baffled to see a $2 charge for cheese added to each of our burgers on the check.It then took 10 minutes to get our change because the bartender was again talking and our waitress didn’t want to interrupther. We aren't from Saratoga, but drive by here often and wanted a lowkey venue to have a simple meal and beer. I ordered a small... salad and 1 shrimp taco, while he ordered the boneless chicken tenders. The restaurant wasnt that busy and we were greeted by avery pleasant hostess.It had a great vibe and we could see ourselves visiting often, but that changed. Our waitress was sweetand took our order quickly. While we were waiting for our food, there seemed to be some staff drama going on. Our food wasdelivered by a young man. My small salad, for $6, was a small plate of greens with some toppings, but the size of a salad you'dbe served at a wedding. My husband's chicken was a basket with cubes of chicken in the requested sauces, without any blue cheeseor ranch, which is custom for buffalo chicken or wings. My shrimp taco looked great, except the shrimp was unrecognizable inpuffs of deep fried breading, which I didn't expect as the menu indicated it would be sauteed. I wouldn't have ordered itotherwise. I couldn't have them change it as our waitress didn't come to check on us throughout our meal. We had wanted morebeer and possibly a redo on the taco, but after a good 15 to 20 minutes, we just wanted to leave. Got takeout for a family birthday party. Order was incorrect but we didn’t know until we got home. We worked through it and it... was ok. Food was a good temperature and tasted good. Portion sizes are adequate and options are good. Pickup was efficient andfriendly. Wouldn’t rush to order again and unfortunately was on par with a chain restaurant not a local joint. Read more
