Would definitely recommend a stop here! We were seated straight away. The outdoor seating was absolutely gorgeous! Plants... everywhere and good music playing. Our server Moses was great, he brought us water on his first trip to the table. He was verykind and answered all of our questions about the menu! We ordered the chicken and waffles, margherita pizza and the classicDruthers mac and cheese. I only had a bite of my husbands chicken, but it was delicious, perfectly fried! The pizza was yummy,about one piece of basil per slice, just the way I like it! And the Mac and cheese was good not the best I've ever had, but itsdefinitely up there . Good flavor, good crunch, delightfully creamy Also ordered a chocolate milkshake, which hit the spotperfectly! Only 'negative' I will say is the tall tables were a bit awkward and it was very difficult to push my chair into thetable once sitting. Read more
Absolutely loved this place. My husband and I were in Saratoga Springs for a concert and ended up walking around looking for... somewhere to eat when we spotted the brewery. It was very busy but had bar seating. The bartenders were very friendly andattentive. We tried a flight of beer and really liked several of them including "All In" and "Pfunk" we ordered food and myhusband went with shrimp tacos that he said were excellent and I went with bbq pulled pork mac and cheese which was the bestcombo of flavors. I ate about half and the rest came back to the hotel. Would definitely come back to Saratoga Springs withfriends and go to Druthers, they understood the assignment for a brewery environment. Cool vibes, great food good brews. What more can you ask for? The pizza was a solid 8. Dough was tasty with a good... undercarriage. The sauce was sweet but delicious. Shrimp tacos were also a hit. The menu of this place really impressed me so that's why I chose to eat here. For an appetizer I got the beer cheese dip. Which... was great. I then got a fried chicken sandwich (not pictured). Which was unfortunately very chewy and not very flavorful. Read more

Very interesting brewing company. Their food is fabulous that is true of some brewing companies but this one has some pretty... exceptional food. I don’t drink beer at any of these private brewing places because I find it pretty disgusting. I likeparticular beers only so I didn’t go there for the beer went there for the food. ???????? I have the sesame ginger salmon witha rice vegetable patty very excellent also comes with shoestring style vegetables. The vegetables are cold they should heat themit would be much better. Don’t live in the area just visiting for work if I come back will definitely visit this place again.Second time I eat there in a week. Read more
