The manager was rude upon our initial phone call to place our order. when we got our order the pizza itself was so hard and... dried out you couldn’t even eat the pizza and it cracked like a potato chip when you tried to bite into it. When I called themanager to complain he said what do you want me to do sorry. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!!! YES TASTY BUT DIRTY!! I'm a doordash driver I was waiting for a pick up order, there is only one... person who works there 07/04 around 4:08pm, he was working on an order frying something Then he dropped the food on the floor Iwas watching him taking the food from the floor and putting it back in the Bowl it was disgusting!!! I wish I could give zero stars. The guy who was working around 9pm tonight (05/12/22) was terrible & very miserable working... here. I was trying to pick up a doordash & he didn’t help me whatsoever, was swearing at another dasher over the phone when Iwalked in and was giving me attitude the whole time I was in there. Definitely do NOT recommend if you’re trying to have agood night. Definitely put the icing on the cake for me. But I hope he has a better night and learns not to take his anger outon his next customers. :) Read more
Was recommended by the hotel, poor recommendation. Ordered & paid online, 25 minute pick-up. Arrive 25 mins, told it will be 10... mins, no problem. Left and went to the store and come back, he’s just making the pizza. No customers in the place, no otherpizzas in the oven. Ask for my money back, calls owner/manager and says they need to process remotely but I won’t see it??? If he told the truth, all good but instead wants to put me off and then argue with me because I want my money back. Horriblecustomer service, honesty goes a long way, shady manager or owner, don’t expect to see that $21 back. Always try to help localbusiness when traveling, never again with this place. Read more

A supposedly fresh cheese pizza picked up. Crust crunched in half, sauce ice cold and clearly not melted cheese. Also got sold... chicken tenders cut up as boneless wings. Dude at the restaurant fought with me on the phone and hung up on me. Cuz apparently Idon't know what fresh pizza looks like and it's my own fault it's cold. Terrible place. Terrible people BSPA ILOVENY wouldnever be, treat or act like this to it's customers. Got a DELIVERY from them with a 20 minute travel time and it was still hotwhen it got to me. Read more
