Week two, my son and I became members of the Saratoga Bills Backers at PJs BarBQSA. As long time Buffalo Bills Fans, it was nice... to be with other Bills Mafia. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so a limited menu, but everything was very good and a nice selectionof beers. Can't wait to return, Go Bills! Read more

It's unfortunate to have to rate this establishment as mediocre. The beer (on tap) was pretty good and local, while the food... flavorful and freshly cooked. However, the portions were too small and overpriced. What you see pictured here totaled just about$70, intended to feed 2 adults and 2 children. On Google the suggestion was comparable to Dinosaur BBQ (NYC), and RodneyScott's (SC) - it was neither. Though flavorful, again we were highly disappointed with the small portions as compared to theirprice tags. We ordered two kids chicken tenders meals (pictured), which included two sides and a beverage. Their meals had 2baked pre-frozen chicken strips (which weren't cooked thru), both had an apple sauce and a capri sun, while one came with a ½ear of corn and the other with a 2 oz container of Mac & Cheese. My 8 yr old children were not impressed, and were stillhungry. For my husband and myself, we had a meal for two (or at least we thought we did). It came with three meats and tworegular sides for about $40+, and we ordered two beers (one local on tap, the other a budlight in a can). Regular sides werejust about 4oz (equivalent to a ½ cup of anything). We had the Mac & Cheese (taste and texture was that of stove top cooked)with no flavor and the Potato Salad was pretty tasty, as well as the corn bread. For meats, we had the 3 Region Tour whichincluded smoked turkey (excellent), brisket (excellent), and dark meat chicken (also excellent) - all portions though were justtoo small for one adult, let alone two adults. Just disappointing. In closing, the staff who took our order (and helped usdecide on our order) were most kind and knowledgeable of the offerings. This made us feel good about the environment and theselections. We only wish they could of been forth coming with the portion sizes. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Read more

Dee-licious!! We had the burnt ends, lean and moist brisket, and KC ribs with macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread.... So tender and flavorful! A lot of great options on the menu, including ala carte. We'll definitely be coming back. Read more

Great BBQ spot in Saratoga/Upstate NY. They have a big menu with endless sauce/seasoning options. All the classic side dishes... you would find on a BBQ menu, we tried the coleslaw and cornbread, delicious! Hush puppies were a little dry. They pull ininspiration from BBQ from all over the country and add a few twists on NY favorites such as weck rolls! The wings had adelicious smoke flavor and good crisp on them. It was pretty empty on a Wednesday afternoon but I'm sure it's packed in theevenings and especially during Football/Bill's season. Read more

I always love the food here. You expect to pay a bit more then average but you also get quality food and large portion sizes.... The best part in my opinion is the barbeque sauce selection. My favorite is always gonna be the Tennessee whiskey one. Love lovelove it. I'm a creature of habit so I usually get the pulled pork, but I can get it every time and not be disappointed. It's agreat place to get collard greens while in the north and not be disappointed in them, kinda rare. But had a great experience asalways. Read more
