Say hello when someone comes in, offer a recommendation, ask what someone likes What not to do:Don?t greet the customer, stare at the customer and say ? Are you ready yet?? Was in here earlier this week, got my usual coffee, the drink was good per usual. This review is based off customer... service/professionalism. I was in the lobby and over heard an employee who I believed was named Rylie trash talking anothercustomer who had just walked out to her coworker. You would think there would be some sort of appreciation for peoples businessbut it doesn?t seem like it. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but either way that?s the face of yourbusiness. Between the obnoxious employee who talks bad about customers the minute they leave to the ants on the counter whereyou pay, it?s making me count down the days until the Dutch Bros down the street opens up. Definitely need training at this coffee shop. They do not understand how to make most coffee drinks I?ve realized the last... couple weeks. Charging me twice for one drink twice now. The staff is very kind, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the last few times I?ve ordered, the coffee has not tasted right... (very bitter and harsh flavor!) My usuals are Eye Opener and Cold Brew. Never had this issue at the Traverse Mountainlocation. I would recommend Dutch Bros down the street if you?re in the area.
