4th in line at the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When I got home with my food, found out that nothing... was made correctly. There was almost no meat in the crunch wraps, no nacho cheese in the 5 layer burrito, no lettuce in thecheesy gordita crunch. Unacceptable service. Read more

NO TO RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION!!! 4 years coming to eat at this place until I had to wait for my order, today I realized that... these 2 people in the photo treat Hispanics or doordash app workers badly, the lady in the back threw the orders and 2 women whowaited quietly as part of their work, they were amazed and tears filled their eyes, she treated them badly and asked me for helpto translate and be able to tell her something, I was only ignored by these 2 people and the manager, Taco Bell you disappointedme, you have good young workers but these people seem to be bored with their work AND THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A GOOD IMAGE AS ACOMPANY, NO TO RACISM OR DISCRIMINATION Read more

Worst customer service I?ve experienced. A few months ago me and my husband got some dinner. We are both vegetarian and... requested no meat. My burrito had meat in it and made me quite sick. I?ve never written a bad review as I realize that thingssometimes get missed, so I just let it go. A week ago we decided to give them another try. There was meat in my husbands ordereven though we specifically asked for no meat and it showed up as no meat on the receipt. When my husband went in to speak to amanager- not to ask for a refund, but just to make them aware of the situation so that they could pay more attention in thefuture the manager was extremely disinterested and unconcerned. I don?t really expect anyone to be passionate about makingburritos all day, but this customer service was simply below expectation even for a Taco Bell. Nobody should be expected to digthrough their food to make sure it was prepared how they ordered it. For my husband and I it wasn?t an allergy issue or anythinglike that, but I wouldn?t feel confident in ordering from this location if I did have a severe allergy to removable ingredients. Will not be coming back to this location. Haven?t had issues with other locations, but me and my husband agree it doesn?t makesense to pay money to get sick because the employees don?t care enough to make the order as requested. Read more

I have been extremely disappointed with my order every time. The cheese cups for the chips and cheese are filled less then half... way and my tacos were barren (I asked for no lettuce). I work just across the street but I will never choose to eat here again. Read more

If you like the Cars ride at Disneyland, this is the Taco Bell for you. It might not offer the same fun or scenic beauty, but it... does offer the same wait times with the occasional sprinkle of unwanted ingredients. The only good thing about this Taco Bellis it minimizes my wife's cravings, which ultimately saves us money and time in the long run. The 40-60 minute wait does notmake the inevitable 20-30 minute bathroom visit worth it. If you want Taco Bell, drive the extra 15 minutes to literally anyother Taco Bell. Read more
