Menu for Bell Island Pizza in Saskatoon, SK

We like the pizza here, yet we have had times we were disappointed. They have a special on their website that I ordered over the... phone and he said when we went in to pick up that that wasn?t actually the special and made me pay extra. I thought for sure ifI brought it up in my phone to show him that it would have been honoured, but nope. Kinda bad for customer service when you havedeals on your website and then don?t honour them, especially when the customer has ordered a lot of food. Tonight we went in andwaited 25 min to be served and finally left. Not sure if someone was on their break? Supervisor was absolutely disrespectful and downright ignorant. He disregarded my call for concern/complain about my order... instead of stepping up and helping me out as he should of. He mocked me and it was just mortifying that someone who has norespect is expected to be the person I am forced to speak to about my unsatisfactory delivery. Read more

Brutal customer service and inaccurate menu descriptions. I used their online menu and placed a pick up order via phone for 3... nachos (described as a heaping order of nachos topped with cheese and assorted vegetables). When I got home I opened them tofind some sort of mystery meat (ground beef according to the manager) throughout the nachos. The menu does not describe this, Icalled to notify the manager. He claimed they do not have a website, and only use skip the dishes, which is false-seebellislandpizzasaskatoon.ca. He was dismissive and insisted they had no website with a menu and told me that I should haveclarified that I was vegetarian and didn?t want meat, despite no description of meat on their menu. He insisted that I had usedthe wrong menu and offered me a $1 and $2 discount next time and again told me to use skipthedishes menu. I declined thediscount, as I spent $31.65 and tipped $8. I told him I wasn?t interested in continued business anymore as he had taken noaccountability and continued to blame me for their mistake. After the phone call ended, I looked at skipthedishes and found theexact same description. I called back to inform him that both their existing website and skipthedishes had incorrectdescriptions. He then changed his story and told me that most people aren?t vegetarian and most people want meat on their nachosand that?s why they come with meat. I explained that I understand that some people want meat and that?s perfectly fine, justinclude it in the description. He continued to interrupt me and repeatedly told me I should have clarified that I didn?t wantmeat because most people do.(Uhhhh I thought that was the purpose of the description?). After talking in circles, he eventuallyoffered to replace my order but added that next time I should clarify no meat.
