Worst experience. First off, Server spilled water on my guest & gave attitude when we asked for napkins. Said, "It's just... water!" Soup was not restaurant quality. Barely warm. My guest was talked into ordering the daily special for "a dollar more toget a Full rack of baby back ribs". Which seemed to be boiled & BBQ sauced. The gravy was delivered a few minutes later, cold &thick. I had to ask 2x for my baked potato fixings when server snapped back at me, "Yeah! Give me a minute." I ate some of mydry potato with butter. It was cold by the time the fixings came around. My kid's Vegetarian pizza, ordered with NO cheese cameWith cheese. Server realized the mistake & then said "just try picking it off" and used the serving tool to dig at the pizza! MyKid literally yelled at her to stop, said she'd eat the pizza with cheese because we didn't want to wait another 40 mins. Also,when we were ordering, the server wouldn't just be quiet & let us order. Kept talking, Loudly, insisting I get a combo when Iwanted chicken. The server was full of attitude. Worst server I've experienced. I was a server for 9 years. I know what ittakes. That service was horrible. Mr. Ribs, do yourself a favor & get someone in there that knows how to manage the place. Went to Mr. Ribs yesterday for brunch. Our server Rose was so awesome, she was fast and very friendly. The food portion size was... great and the price was even better. I ordered the daily special, the Western Omelet. It was so tasty. I will defiantly go backagain. Read more
It's my boyfriends birthday and this was our first time there. Our server was named Chelsea and if you get the chance to have... her as you're server, you are lucky! She's both attentive and hilarious. All the staff is really friendly and they laugh andmake jokes. It really does feel like a family place. The food is insanely good, the chef and kitchen staff really went out oftheir way a couple of times, with Chelsea's help, to make sure that my allergies were looked after and that I wasn't going tohave any issues. Great ribs! The place was super busy when I was there & for good reason.... the food IS good! Service on the other hand wasn't... even bad it was infuriating. I ordered dry ribs to go and a paralyzer for the wait. After 18 mins I received what I think wassupposed to be a Caesar. I was shaking my head & saying no when the waitress walked away. I didn't see her again for 38 minswhen she brought my dry ribs & the bill. I said I didn't order this & pointed to the untouched red drink she had put in front ofme. She told me I ordered a Caesar & I told her I never have & never will since I'm allergic to tomatoes. She walked away.Luckily the manager heard, took it off my bill & apologized.
