Being I can't have dairy. This was perfect the hot day. I had the mine with blueberries. Do wish there was outside tables. But... they accommodated us, I had brought my dog so they let us take chairs outside. Read more
Guy helping us was rude(I think he is an main employee as looks like he is teaching another guy who's new). He answers our... questions with regards to orders like he is mad and even didn't bat an eye when my toddler was saying hi to him. They servedsome food from our bento meals that are fridge cold that didn't even seem to be reheated or fresh(we didn't want to have itchange as we didn't want the other guy as he was very rude and we were afraid what he might do). We also ordered a taiyaki butthey forgot to serve it and was just left their counter and was already helping other customers after us with their orders. Wehave been coming to snowy village for years but this experience makes us not want to come back here. It was also the first timeI brought my toddler and having a bad experience was definitely not okay. I wish I can put a 0 star here as they deserved itthat day. The quality of everything(staff, food, dessert) is definitely worse than what it used to. Read more
Absolutely fantastic! I was recommended to come and try Snowy Village from friends in Regina, and I'm glad I came. The sweet... flavors of the bingsoo meshed perfectly with the salty and tangy flavors of the bento box I got alongside it. The portions aregreat too. I'd highly recommend coming here. Read more
