Bad time and shift management Aug 24th lunch hour, spent 20 plus mins in line had to abandon my lunch as I've only got 30 mins,... and actually care about time management. only had one person working the counter with a line out the door during lunch rush. There isn't very many subways left near me so I go to this one when I have a craving. Some of the staff make sloppy subs with... ingredients all over the place. And when I order online I request in the comments to add hot sauce and pineapple (both of whichare not options when ordering online with the app) and they don't ever add them. I guess it's my fault for expecting the staffto read special requests on online orders, since they never do and it's pointless to have this as an option. Once again I pickedup my online order and the sub is missing these ingredients. Very disappointing. Read more
