Not very good with delivery orders. And food is not that good

ordered a noodle bowl & deluxe wonton soup for delivery. food tasted fine, but there were zero wontons in the wonton soup.
Only critique I have of this place when they deliver is the size of the bowl for pho. I know a lot of places do this, but I'm... spending a lot of time slurping my soup until half way done until I can finally put my noodles in haha.
