Hi I am from toronto and visited this midtown mall today. While we were there decided to have a cup of coffee while walking... around. We went to this tim hortons and sorry to say that the girl served us was very rude. I dont understand how did she gotthe job there. She gave us the wrong order and when we asked she started arguing. She doesn't want to listen and she thinksthink she was right but she was wrong. Finally we asked for the supervisor and we explained to her the situation. She understoodbut the girl was still arguing. I had a very bad experience about this location and if the company like tim hortons hire thiskind of people then I will say that's a shame for who ever hired her. The 2 girls can't speak English. How did they get jobs at this place.? Also they give products that taste funny/Old. They speak... in own language that they think no one can understand them. Guess what I can speak a number of different languages and what theysaid just about me alone they should be put in jail. Nasty girls they are to be working in that location at Midtown Plaza inSaskatoon. My opinion they should be fired. They don't know what they are doing. Never go back again and hope others don't aswell. Go to the Grocery store to buy the can of Coffee. They can't get a simple order right and then to give old products thatare dry and burned bagels. They should have more products. I gave the girl a $20 bill and she did not give me the right amountback as she kept $10 for herself and lied to me. I could press charges against her. But this review will make up for this. Tothe owner of this location a shame on you for allowing this to happen. How many other customers has this happen to at thislocation. Staff is super rude, disrespectful, and slow. Always talking in the back where they can see customers standing but don?t help... them. Never enough staff. Takes 10-15 mins just to make a coffee. they never ever get my orders right. When I say they forgotsomething they always go through the order and pull up the receipt as if I?m lying to them. We visit this Tim Hortons almost everyday (Mon-Fri) for our coffee after work, and the guys who work r simply amazing. I truly... wanna appreciate NARULA?s patience, handling our complicated n customized orders every time with a smile. Keep up the good workguys!! Read more

The staff here is so rude! I went there to buy a large coffee, one cream. After waiting 10 min for my order while others where... being served, I asked the guy making drinks if my drink was still coming. He looked at the screen, and almost shouted at me, "no one order that!", and proceeded to ignore me. I told him someone did order it, that was me, standing here, and I paidcash to the other taken. He slammed my coffee down and continued to ignore me. No sorry, no have a good day. I was thereagain two days later, not sure why because there are plenty of Tim Hortons around, a very quiet lady told the server hermuffin tasted off, like dry. The response, different server than mine, snapped at her and told her it was baked fresh today. The lady tried to explain it tastes off, and put it in the counter. No refund was offered, no sorry, I'll get you a new one. Nothing. I know times are hard, and everyone gets stressed. I have worked in fast food before. But please let's treat yourcostumers with a bit of dignity. I'm sure the owner won't do anything about it because they know they are in a prime place andwe'll get customers regularly.
