We had a unpleasant experience with ordering Wok Box for delivery that turned out very well in the end. The courier who... delivered our supper from Wok Box when questioned regarding the hour wait time for our food became angry. Still holding thefood. Shouting he is done, amongst angrily rambling, stomping away, and proceeding to remain parked @ house for a length oftime. Scary. We contacted. the staff @ Wok Box who called the courier, & handled the situation with grace. Even got the driverto leave.They promised free meals. Next time we come in. 2 weeks later I went in & as promised both. meals were free with aapology. We never intially paid for our order. Very good customer service. Read more
YUUUP! This is the place to go if you're looking for excellent customer service, hot food, fast service and a clean environment.... We got free spring rolls with our meal, the food is just amazing here. This is by far my favorite place to eat. Read more
