Cafeteria looking place. The food came out fast but it was only warm not hot and it was only ok.
Awesome spot to eat! Great service, and stunningly clean restrooms. You have to try the Brunswick Stew!
Absolute worst experience. Literally I didn?t get a single apology for having to bring the food back. I also got the 3rd degree... from three different workers there. They really tried to argue and say it?s cooked. I?ve been sick for 3 days now since Ivisited this restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE!! Maybe louisville KY(where I?m from) is a lot more cultured but I?ve NEVER seen thismany white people in one function. They?re definitely drugging the food cause the Mac n cheese and potatoes taste processed andhas absolutely no flavor. Read more
I am about at my wits end of getting excited about having barbecue and then as ALWAYS they are closed. This site says... they?re open on Saturday .... The are NOT. The foods great, the few times they were open, but it?s all irrelevant now, Iwill no longer support them. Satsuma needs a restaurant by an owner that actually likes to have its businesses opened.
