This place is an absolute gem! Rock Da Casbah has a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes that are incredibly... delicious. The pasta is handmade and all the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. My friends and I were also very impressed bythe wide selection of drinks. Found this gem on a Friday evening. Went with no expectations and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Great... atmosphere with the added treat of live music which was truly a treat. Had such a great evening at Rock Da Casbah. There was an acoustic guitar performer who was fabulous - he also pulled out the... harmonica and flute for some Neil Young and Jethro Tull. Apparently they have live music every Friday and Saturday night. So,I haven?t even mentioned the food which was fabulous. I had the kale salad and vegetarian chilly - both amazing. Everyoneenjoyed their meals thoroughly. We finished off with homemade desserts - cheesecake, ice cream and apple crisp. The sugar ontop was the owner who was so kind and the maestro of the event that brings together the music with great food and a relaxedatmosphere. We definitely will look to return the next time we visit the Catskills. Great meal! Read more
