Only been in once and it was actually a very enjoyable time. Atmosphere was perfect. Waitress were very nice, But since, I've... ordered on Uber Eats from there 3x and never have gotten my order correct once. Basically stealing from me. Twice I ordered 20wings and only got 10. And everytime I never got my drinks! Which are 3.79 on uber. And the wings almost 30. So you see why Iwould be angry. And dumb uber says take it up with the company. Seriously! Read more
I was there Friday night before Halloween, we were there approximately 6 o?clock at night. We were greeted by a very nice staff.... Member had a nice smile and of course, was beautiful, she sat us in the middle section at a hightop table. our waitress wasAlyssa. She was fantastic. She was charming of course beautiful and very attentive. Also she was professional and attended toall of our dining needs. We had nice conversations with her. We were there for approximately three hours and at no time did shemake us feel rushed. She kept checking on us to make sure everything was good to go, if we needed something she was on top of itright away even the fact that she had other tables to take care of as well. Going out to dinner now these days is a nightmare.The waite staff is terrible. The food is subpar, but I have to say going to Hooters last night in Saugus totally changed myoutlook on eating out. Place has gone downhill. Our group ordered a salad, wings, and tots So the wings and salad came out right away. The salad ended... up being the wrong one. We tried to let the waitress know but she didnt come near our table until the tots were ready about15-20 minutes after the original food was brought. The person that ordered the salad ended up taking it to go since everyoneelse was finished eating before it was ready. The server told us the salad was comped when she brought the check but when welooked she had just comped the wrong salad that she had originally ordered but charged for the right salad. I don't mind payingfor food we ordered but don't tell me you comped our food when in reality you just fixed your mistake and didn't comp anything. Read more

Poor service and tot appetizer has changed for the worst. The place was dead. There were several servers walking around the... kitchen area and talking. It took 5 mins for someone to come seat us. Our server was Shelly and we never saw her after shedropped our food off. We had to go request our drinks be filled and then had to go request our check due to no service.
