The staff always seems overwhelmed. Had to wait around for them to notice me just to ask for a bbq sauce . At one point I heard... one of them ask about the people up front and the other guy responded with something along the lines of that drive thru was apriority. Which I agree with from my days working in a drive thru but as a customer it kinda hurts. Read more
I took my daughter there to enjoy there new play place. First they messed up her order twice those kinda things happen no big... deal however going to play in the play area there was a mcflurry spilled all over the steps I cleaned that. Then as she goes togo down slide a hole drink was spilled down the slide. I went and talked to the ladies up front and they were super saying theywould clean it right away. They came to clean it but the play area had to close down so they could. Fast service, food on par with other McDonald's. Speakers were coming in real low or the drive through worker was speaking... softly. Made it hard to hear which slowed the order process. Other than volume issues with their speakers their drive thru speedwas about average for others in the area. Read more
