My first and last time here. The young guy at the register taking your order had the attitude like you were bothering him just... by walking in the place. Which is pretty sad since this is the first person you encounter when coming in. No customer serviceskills whatsoever. I placed my order (Santa Ana bowl) and said it was to go. I also ordered a water and asked if I should getthat myself from the cooler? He couldn?t be bothered to answer me. Or maybe he couldn?t hear me over the blaring music! I waitedfor my order and after a few minutes I saw one of the women doing food prep put a container on the counter. I figured it must bemy order. The cashier, who was now making some sort of mango drink, turned around, picked up the container, put it in a paperbag and then put it back on the counter and went back to finishing the drink order. Now I?m thinking it must not have been myorder and maybe belonged with the drinks this guy was making. I continued waiting and finally one of the other workers picked upthat same bag and looked at me and said ?Santa Ana??. Seriously? This guy went to the trouble of putting my order in a bag butcouldn?t be bothered to tell me it was mine or hand it to me???? I took my food and drove to a local pond and planned to eat inmy car. That is until I opened the bag and realized there was no fork - not even so much as a napkin! So by the time I got homemy Santa Ana bowl was a cold, sticky unappealing hunk of chicken and rice with glue for cheese. To say I was dissatisfied is anunderstatement. I felt hesitant to go when I saw the bad reviews and I can say that I have three consecutive months eating there in my lunch... hour and trying different dishes and never had a complaint, their employees do a good job both in customer service and in thepreparation of your food. I hope you continue with your concept of healthy food and at the same time helping those who like medo not have time to prepare meals to have a delicious and healthy lunch???????? Read more

Poor hospitality, Needlessly long wait, and I had to throw that burger out, it was dryer than their service. Don?t waste your... time, right idea, wrong outcome. I should have read the reviews before going. Read more
