Panera is pretty much glamorized hospital food but this particular Panera is probably the best one you can go to. Very good... place to hang out and eat a soup. Read more
I do not know what has happened to this Panera. They kept confusing the orders calling them out of order wrong names with wrong... items. Also it's very loud in there the music was way too loud. All new faces in there. The food is still good but $18 for atuna sandwich and a drink is crazy Read more
Do not even bother trying to customize in the app, they will not do it correctly (but oddly might make changes you did NOT ask... for). Nearly as bad as the Danvers Panera. Go to the Swampscott or Lynnfield Panera locations instead. The prices here aretoo expensive for the staff to NEVER follow your requests and NEVER have mobile ordering ready on time. Read more
Me and my nephews like Paneras food. We go to the different locations, today we went to the location at Saugus ma. Food was... perfectly done and presentation was great as it supposed to be. There was a supervisor or maybe a manager named Dean, he came tous and greeted us.asked about the food quality and all that stuff.My 11 years old nephew really liked that and way back home hewas talking about this branch.
