The staff was very polite and friendly and the sub was awesome! The only complaint i have is when i went there it looked like... someone had either dropped their sub or vomited right in front of the door to walk in. 3 things?.They raised the prices 20% the day after college kids came back to town. Guess they need to take advantage of them.... It was pricey before, but now restaurants like red lobster and Olive Garden ect.. are cheaper. Also if you don?t round up todonate they?ll skimp on you. Less soup or forget ingredients/ pickle ect. I?ve been aware of this for a while but now with theprice hike it?s time to say something. And they don?t seal the delivery orders like most places do now days. Came to the St Cloud location with two of my coworkers. We work in the corrections field and have always gotten the law... enforcement discount while in uniform. Today was a different story. When the cashier was ringing up our bill, she asked themanager if corrections get the law enforcement discount. The manager looked over at us and smugly yelled, "Nope". Then had thisarrogant look on his face with a smirk that was very obvious of his distain. I don't wanna take away from how awesome thesandwiches were cuz they ARE the best in St Cloud. Abiet pretty dang expensive. I paid $21 for just a sandwich. I remember nottoo long ago when $21 would get you a ribeye in a nice restaurant. But that's a different story. My irritation comes at therudeness of the manager. I don't even care about the discount. Not like the discount is even noticeable. It was how heresponded to the inquiry. In addition, after we had finished our subs, one of my coworkers forgot to grab the cookie hepurchased, so he went to the counter to get it. That manager glared at him as if he was stealing it. He mean-mugged him theentire walk back to his seat. On the way out, I approached this clown and asked him if he was the manager, and he responded,"Yes." I then asked him what his name was. "Eli" was his reply. Smugly he responded, "Can I help you with something?" I said,"Nope" and walked out. I also would like to add, the rest of the employees were awesome. But unfortunately, the behavior of thegrumpy manager ruined me ever returning. Too many places to eat in St Cloud to tolerate a d-bag. Read more
