Went for an Oat Milk Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate only to be told that there was no Oat Milk, No Syrup and no Hot Chocolate... because the Manager forgot to order stuff! I appreciate that times are difficult right now with deliveries and supplies buthaving literally none of the components for my drink because someone forgot to do their job is a different story!
